| TERMS AND CONDITIONS PURCHASES Please allow 7-10 business days to receive merchandise purchased on circleboutique.com. Occasionally we may run out of stock. In these situations, you will be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you once the item is back in stock. Your credit card is not charged until we ship your order. This includes backordered and pre-ordered items. For example, if you pre-order a bag in May that will not be available until June, your card will not be charged until we ship your bag in June. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card for that shipment. Items we mark canceled or backordered are not charged to your card. Credit card information is verified prior to order processing. EXCHANGES Circle Boutique cannot accept returned items that have any visible wear and tear. Tags must be attached. Damaged items will be returned at our discretion. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. RETURNS All full-price merchandise purchased at circleboutique.com must be return shipped within 20 business days after the package shipment date. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. Circle Boutique will refund you the full cost of the item, not including shipping. Note: Full Price Merchandise returned after 20 days will not be accepted. SALE ITEMS Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchange only. All Sale merchandise must be return shipped within 14 days of the date your package was shipped to you. Any package received after 14 days and before 20 days will be returned for store credit at the current selling price. Merchandise will not be accepted after 20 days. REFUNDS Refunds to your credit card may take between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit record as your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account, once they receive the information from us. Refunds in the form of store credit are immediately available for use once your return has been processed. Store credit is valid for six months from the issue date. DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. DOMESTIC ORDERS D.C. sales tax (5.75%) will be added to all sales. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Circle Boutique does not currently ship overseas. |
